Our lead coach is a Volleyball Conditioning Instructor, certified by USAV. He has done extensive study with two of the leading physical trainers for volleyball in the US, Robert Brown of the Robert Brown Sports Performance in Arlington, Texas, and Ken Kontor of Volleyball Conditioning.
